György Gedó (born April 23, 1949) is a former Hungarian boxer. Gedó was born in Újpest, Budapest, Hungary. He won the gold medal in the light flyweight division (– 48 kg) at the 1972 Summer Olympics. In the final he defeated Kim U-Gil of North Korea on points (5:0). He competed in four consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1968.
